About

A founder-led SEO studio in Limassol, built for hospitality.

Alcaris Media is small on purpose. One niche, senior work, no hand-offs, and nothing hidden behind a sales call.

The studio

Why we exist

Owners of hotels and restaurants in Cyprus pay commission on guests who were searching for them by name. They receive marketing reports full of impressions that never mention a booking. They are sold twelve-month contracts by agencies that have never worked a Saturday service. We started Alcaris Media because that seemed fixable.

The studio does four things: hospitality and local SEO, reviews and reputation, paid media, and analytics and reporting. All four point at the same outcome: a guest who was already searching finds you first and books direct.

We work with hotels, restaurants, cafes, bars, villas, and other local businesses across Cyprus, from Limassol, Nicosia, Larnaca, Paphos, Ayia Napa, and Protaras. The studio is in Limassol. Most of the work is remote; the walk-throughs, photo sessions, and staff briefings are not.

We are founder-led and we intend to stay small. That is not a limitation we apologise for. It is the reason the person you email is the person who made the change.

Principles

Six rules we do not bend

  1. Measured in bookings, not impressions

Traffic is not a result. Calls, direction requests, direct bookings, and the share of bookings that arrive without commission are. Tracking for those goes in before any work ships, and the report is built around them.

  2. Say what we did, every week

A weekly log lists every change, in plain words. If a week was quiet, the log says so. Owners should never have to wonder what the retainer bought.

  3. Published prices, no setup fees, month to month

The prices are on the pricing page, in full. There is no discovery call to find out what it costs and no contract to trap you in. If the numbers are not moving, leave with one email.

  4. No claims we cannot show

There are no invented case studies on this site, no quotes we cannot attribute, and no statistics without a source. The founding client offer exists so that real, permissioned results can be published.

  5. Both languages, always

Locals search in Greek, visitors in English, and Google treats them as separate maps. Profiles, pages, citations, and review replies are handled in both, every time.

  6. Senior work, no hand-offs

One pair of hands from audit to report. Nothing is passed down a chain, so nothing is lost on the way, and the weekly log is written by whoever did the work that week.

How we work with you

Three things, in order

  1. The free audit

Written findings within 5 working days, yours to keep. It recommends a plan and says why.

    Request the audit
  2. The first 90 days

Audit and tracking, foundations, content and reviews, then measure and cut. The same sequence on every plan.

    See the sequence
  3. The monthly report

What shipped, what moved, what did not, and next month’s plan. Ten minutes to read, on the same day each month.

    How we report

The motto

What the edge means

To see what others cannot, to know what others will not: this is the edge.

Seeing what others cannot is the audit: the stale profile, the PDF menu, the Greek search nobody answers, the leak that has been costing commission for years. Knowing what others will not is the discipline of measuring, writing it down every week, and telling you plainly when something did not work.

That is the whole edge. No secret, no proprietary framework. Attention, in the right order, with the numbers attached.
